Customers with current Maintenance and Enhancement Plans are entitled to technical support and free product upgrades to the latest release versions of their Licensed Product.

If your project needs communication protocol expertise beyond the Maintenance and Enhancement Plan for our products, our Contract Engineering Services are available to assist your Development Team.  We can perform a complete turn-key project or simply coach your development team to integrate a protocol into your device at our facility or yours.
