What You Do

Resellers are expected to provide first level end customer support. We define first level support as any information that is readily available in the user manuals. This support includes pre-sales discussions; determining the products and protocols required for their implementation; assisting your customers with software installation, configurations, and basic software operation as described in the manual.

More technical questions or interoperability problems requiring a review of protocol analyzer outputs, etc. can be sent to us for support.

Our Source Code Libraries are used by equipment vendors to cost-effectively implement these protocols directly in the target hardware.  They are available either as ANSI Standard C Source Code Libraries, .NET Protocol components, and in some cases C++.
