New Website and Portal

Welcome to our new, updated web site. We are excited about the new look and feel of the site. We are even more excited about the new functionality that will better serve our customers. As with all things new, however, there are some changes. For example, any links you previously bookmarked to downloads, etc. may no longer work.

 

Below you will see more about how our new website features work.


Customer Portal

To login or create a portal account, just click on the Login | Register link at the top of the page:

Don’t have an account yet? No problem – just click the link and follow the instructions to set one up.  

We recommend that you register with your work email address so that we can link your account with corporate account information for improved support.   Your contact information will not be sold or used outside of our organization as explained in our privacy policy.

For existing customers, the customer portal will list all products purchased from Triangle MicroWorks.  A release history is shown for each product containing links to download eligible updates.



Evaluation downloads

Evaluation downloads are now available directly on the product pages.  Just click the "Download Evaluation" button in the left column.  You will need to be logged in to the portal in order to complete the download.

Customer Support

Support requests may be submitted by the Support page for individual products. After logging in, select the appropriate product from the Support menu:

We encourage you to use this form for all new support requests. Using this form helps us serve you better by ensuring that we can route your problem to the most appropriate person, providing us with the information we need to match your request to your product, and by helping us gather the information we will need in order to understand, troubleshoot, and respond to your issue.

You can also reach this form from the “Request Technical Support” link on the Contact Us, or from links on the general support page.


Subscription-based videos

Subscription-based videos can be accessed from the Videos page. Just scroll to the bottom to find the Subscription Videos, and click the link for your video.  If you are not already logged in, you will then be presented with a login dialog. Once logged in, your video will play.

 


Sales requests

Sales requests
 can be submitted via the Request a Quote button on the product page:


You may also submit sales-related requests from the link on the Contact Us page.

You do not have to be logged in to the portal in order to submit a sales request.
